She is survived by: her siblings, Lonnie Lee Ensminger of Warren, OH, Earl Gale "Bud" Ensminger, Jr. of Holbrook, Lois Rose Tustin of Hundred, WV and Regina Ruth Thompson of Lancaster, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
