He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Fox (Miller) and Milton George Fox. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Nixon Fox; his sons, Brian Paul Fox (Susan) of Russellville and Timothy Dale Fox (Sue) of Quinton; his grandchildren, Erica Fox (Jason), Sarah Fox, Jason Fox and Jeffrey Fox (Logan); his great grandchildren, Cole and Parker; and his sister Janet Buell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Community Church (433 S Kinzer Ave, New Holland, PA 17557). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Quinton Baptist Church (46 E Main St, Bridgeton, NJ 08302). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Salem Baptist Cemetery (24-36 Yorke St, Salem, NJ 08079).
