He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Bixler and Roberta Bixler (Berger); and his daughter Denise M. Bixler. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Morris; his children, Deborah P. Carlin (Tom Nestor) of West Norriton, Douglas M. Bixler (Sarah) of Hampton, NJ and Katharine E. Bixler of Edgewater, FL; his grandchildren, Edwin Carlin (Carissa), Erinn McCandless (Thomas) and Adrienne Downham (Nicholas); and his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Parker Carlin and Madison McCandless.
