He was predeceased by : his mother Patricia Ann Hess; and his grandmother Ellen Hess. He is survived by : his father Louis J. Powell; his aunts, Pam Meshey (Rick) and Penny Fisher (Mark); his uncle Randy Hess (Jessica); and his grandfather Carl Hess (Dottie).
