He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopold A. Kroekel and Clara Kroekel (Kraus); his wife Patricia A. Kroekel (Stumm); and his brother Charles H. Kroekel. He is survived by: his brother David W. Kroekel; and his daughters, Nancy K. Reed (Harry Reed III), Holly K. Good (Daniel K. Good) and Wendy L. Gordon (Glenn I. Gordon). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
