He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cowfer Spangler; his daughters, Maxine Spangler, Robin Spangler Rebold (David) and Tracy Hussar (Gregory); and his grandchildren, Aaron Hussar (Erica), Autumn Starnes (Torian) and Ashley Reed (Bryan). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
