She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. "Pee Wee" and Mary E. Hambenne Tarr Welsh of Logan's Ferry. She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Taradena (Richard) of Export, Dawn B., Mary Lynn Welsh and Mark J. Welsh of Arnold; her siblings' children, Holly Harrison (Gary) and Ted Jablonowski (Sue); and her great-nieces, Cheyenne and Kya Harrison.
