She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Porter and Althea Cowan (Fulton); her son Anthony Paul Puglisi; her former husband Paul Puglisi; her husband Harry J. Straub; and her brothers, Leonard Porter Cowan, Jr. and Roger Cowan.
She is survived by: her stepson Thomas B. Straub (Vicki); her stepgranddaughters, Larissa Yates and Sarah Greco; her nephew Gae Reano (Kay); her nieces, Francine Costello (Tom) and Mary Rose Valasek; and her brother James Cowan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
