He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Robbins Sr. and Marian Shaner Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Angela A. Dezzutti Robbins; his son Dion Robbins; his sisters, Joy Robbins and Cathy Troup (Ken); and his sister-in-law Jeanne Griffith (Bill).
