We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2024, at the age of 73, Irvin Paul Carter of New Kensington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Irvin (Velma Kendall Carter) and Ken-Hi; his sister JoAnn; and his grandson Devin Romandy. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia L. Rusz Carter; his daughters, Kirsten M. Carter, Deborah L. McKain (David) and Paula A. Romandy (Justin); his grandson Paul Rodriguez (Cortney); his great grandchild Mila; his grandchildren, Alexander, Delaney Rodriguez and Nora Serrano (Christian); his great grandchild Mateo; his grandchildren, Paige Carter and Mya Hubbard; his great grandchild Carter Pannell; his grandson Tyler Romandy; his son-in-law Dean Rodriguez; his sister-in-law Karen Jenniches (Albert); and his sister Grace. He is also survived by several other brothers and sisters-in-law.

Viewing was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ross G. Walker Funeral Home (217 Freeport Rd, New Kensington, PA 15068). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 5:00 PM at 136 Aluminum City Terrace, New Kensington, PA 15068.
