He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Dziobak. He is survived by: his wife Amy S. Weber Dziobak; his children, Tara Dziobak (Jerry Hobeck) of Apollo and Christopher Dziobak of McKees Rocks; his stepdaughter Kathrine Cooper (Tom) of Arnold; and his grandsons, Colton Boda and Noah Cooper.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations made in his name to Arnold Fire Co. #2.
