She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Carnevale and Clara Carnevale (Pernna); her spouse Thomas C. Dorn; her daughter Phyllis Patz; and her siblings, Joseph Frank, James Frank, Frank Carnevale, Charles Carnevale, Marjorie Carnevale and Virginia Prazenica.
She is survived by: her caregiver Kathy; her daughters, Clare Dorn (Rudy Holka) of New Kensington and Lorrie Campana (Jeffrey) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Allison Patz, April Patz, Jennifer Campana (Bob), Thomas Campana, Carlie Miller (Jason) and Kelly Campana (Travis); and her great grandchildren, Giona, Gabrielle, Lorenzo, Sergio Campana, Elijah, MacKenzie Miller and Rowan Campana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
