It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mike Sopko Jr. of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sopko and Mary Sopko (Petras); his wife Julia Sopko; and his siblings, John Sopko, Ann Wisniewski and Irene Martinka.

He is survived by: his son Rich Sopko (Linda) of Lower Burrell; and his grandchildren, Kelci and Lewis Sopko.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mike's name to Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, 730 Church St, New Kensington, PA 15068.
