It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Francis Oskin (New Kensington, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oskin and Marie Rose Criquellion Oskin; his wife Mildred Oskin; his sons, Emil and Richard D. Oskin; and his siblings, Lois Gerard, John, Emil, Joe and Hilbert Oskin.
He is survived by: his children, Cristopher Oskin (Melissa) and Iris Clute (Donn); his daughter-in-law Sandra Oskin; and his grandchildren, Richard T. Oskin, Matthew Oskin (Jamie), Stefanie Ruane (Christopher), Nathan Clute (Andrea) and Lindsey Clute. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home (1125 Kenneth Ave, New Kensington, PA 15068).
