He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Pernatozzi and Sophia Pernatozzi. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pernatozzi (Kissick); and his siblings, Jan and Emily Pernatozzi.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Allegheny Valley Church of Christ (226 Marlboro Dr, New Kensington, PA 15068).
