She was predeceased by : her parents, John J. Sopko and Mary Ellen Libengood Sopko; and her siblings, Carol Sopko and James Sopko. She is survived by : her husband Gary Choltco; her daughters, Kristen Sheffer (Tim) of Plano, TX. and Mary Beth Sabulsky (Ethan) of Lower Burrell; her grandson Gavin Sheffer; and her brother John T. Sopko.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations in her name to Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley, 730 Church St. New Kensington, PA 15068.

“My condolences on your loss of Sally. I had the honor of working with her at Citizens General Hospital. She worked side by side with me as an exceptionally skilled sonographer.
