He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Richter and Elizabeth Richter (Glogowski); his daughter Jennifer M. Burge; and his brother Joseph Richter. He is survived by: his wife Freida A. Richter (Burge); and his children, Carla Jo Burge of Atlanta, GA and Marcus Burge of New Kensington. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
