He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Armand B Francart Sr. and Clara E Francart (Brown); and his niece Amanda Francart. He is survived by: his wife Diann Francart (Moore); and his children, Justin Francart and Kristin Adams (Matt Adams).
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Foulk Funeral Home of West Grove (200 Rosehill Rd, West Grove, PA 19390). A masonic service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the New London Presbyterian Church Cemetery (1986 Newark Rd, Lincoln University, PA 19360).
