With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur G. Starks Jr. of New Milford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Sr. Starks and Seany Starks; and his sister Charlotte. He is survived by : his wife Jackie; his stepson Jason Cook (Kristi Byham); his grandson Aeden Cook; his children, Stephen and Susan; and his siblings, Carolyn Swarts (Vincent), Roberta Ely (Roland), Jeanette Runyon (Richard Davis), Mary Pritchett (Robert), James Starks and Debbie Ferraro (Steve Zabriski). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
