He was predeceased by : his parents, George Sr. Frailey and Elese Frailey; his siblings, Mark Frailey Sr., Robert Frailey and Lorrie Frailey; and his nephews, Eric Bixby and Richard Frailey.

He is survived by : his wife Terry; his children, Nichole Cole, Amanda Sorondo, Christopher M. Frailey, Simon Frailey (Ashley) and Tommy Young; his grandchildren, Jocelyn Cole, Paisley Frailey, Elijah Cole, Coraline Frailey, Aiden Frailey and Lenora Sorondo; his siblings, George Peter Frailey (Cheryl), Matthew Frailey (Terri Bixby), Eileen Folk, Elizabeth Storr (Richard), George Frailey Jr. and Rita Frailey; and his sisters-in-law, Renate Frailey and Patricia Frailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
