With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Wilcox Rizzo of New Milford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 28, 2023 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Julia Wilcox Rizzo to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Eugene; and her brothers, Hoyt and Lee Wilcox. She is survived by : her children, Eugene Rizzo Jr. (Eileen), Dean Rizzo (Susan) and Patricia Rizzo; and her sister Paula Adams. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

Should friends so desire, expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to St. Mark's Episcopal Church or Pratt Memorial Library, both of New Milford, or Mercy House of the Southern Tier, in Endicott, NY.
