He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Phyllis A. (Raffensberger); his parents, Elias "Mitch" and Mazie Runkle (Anstine); his daughters, Joan Snyder (Kim) of Stewartstown and Linda Latterman (Daniel) of Dallastown; his grandchildren, Michael Wrinkle (Palme, Katherine Snyder), Karoline Snyder and Teri Latterman; his great grandchildren, Audrey Wrinkle and Josslyn Wrinkle; his son-in-law Rich Folcomer; his siblings, Robert Runkle and Carlene Leighty; his daughter Nancy Folcomer; his grandson Christopher Wrinkle; and his sister Althea Miller. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
