Clinton Barr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2021, at the age of 84, Clinton Barr of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis Barr and Irene Cecilia Dunn Barr; his daughter Jennifer Barr; and his siblings, Irwin Barr, Paul William Barr, John Barr, Marie Mize, Julia Belle Renshaw, Johnita Walker, Margie McCrosky, Kay Mohas and Rebecca Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dawn Barr; his sons, Jonathan C. Barr of New Oxford and Timothy E. Barr of New Oxford; his grandson Konnor M. Barr of York; and his sisters, Madelyne Campbell of Wheeling, WV, Linda Hibbs of Wheeling, WV and Mildred Liming of Follansbee, WV.
Services will be held privately. Clinton's death was due to COVID-19.
