He is survived by: his spouse Frances L. Miller (Mummert); his parent Dora N. Miller (Neikirk); and his siblings, Fred Miller of East Berlin, Elmira Myers of Dillsburg, Naomi Nell of Littlestown and Rebecca Nell of New Oxford.
