It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ingrid M. Luckenbaugh of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband James L. Luckenbaugh; her parents, Kurt F. Czapp and Elizabeth Czapp (Boike); her daughters, Victoria E. Luckenbaugh and Grace M. Robinson; and her siblings, Eva Neiderer and Norbert Czapp.

She is survived by : her daughter Gloria A. Luckenbaugh of New Oxford; her grandson Nicholas J. Luckenbaugh (Laura) of Manhattan, NY; her brother Michael Czapp; and her son-in-law Joseph R. "Jay" Robinson of New Oxford.
