He was predeceased by : his wife Wilma Storm (Vaneover); his parents, Donald J. Storm and Miriam Anna Storm (Mummert); his children, Deanna Kelley (Robert) of Littlestown and Andrea Fuhrman Becker of New Oxford; and his stepson Douglas Pate.

He is survived by : his stepson Jeff Pate.
