Hoover of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hoover and Mary Hoover (Trostle); and her sisters, Peggy Hoover and Judith Hoover. She is survived by: her sister Joan Pifer (Jim); and her close friend Marian. She is also survived by three nieces; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and eleven great-great-nieces and nephews.
