Smith (Yealy); his mother Rose; his daughter Alexis Rae "Lexie" Smith of New Oxford; and his siblings, Thomas J. Smith (JoAnn) of New Oxford, Jerome P. Smith (Sally) of New Oxford, Samuel A. Smith (Ann) of New Oxford, John F. Smith (Donna) of New Oxford, Douglas E. Smith (Donna) of New Oxford, Dennis C. Smith (Deb Harper) of New Oxford, Debra L. Brandberg (Philip) of Carlisle, Valerie J. McFalls (Patrick) of New Oxford and Mary G. King (Brian) of Abbottstown. He is also survived by 13 nieces; 12 nephews; three great-nieces; and three great- nephews.
