He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Baltzley and Sara E. Baltzley (Redding); and his son Robert D. Baltzley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Baltzley (Baker); his children, Walter I. Baltzley (Jennifer) of New Oxford, Summer M. Reaves (Greg) of Reading and Josephine B. Jacobs (Louis); and his siblings, Nancy M. Herring of Cashtown, Donna and Dennis R. Baltzley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
