He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sidney Couzins and Euretha Lillie Dixon Couzins; his daughter Keri B. Beam; and his sister Sylvia Maureen Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Smith Couzins; his sons, David Couzins (Gilda), Christopher Couzins (Annette) and Todd Couzins; his grandchildren, Sara, Caleb, Kiley, Kevin, Nathan, Jonathan, Emily, Nicholas and Melissa; and his sister Judy Hughes.
