He was predeceased by: his brother Burnell Hoffacker (late Thelma). He is survived by: his spouses, Nadine Mummert and Sandra Unger; his siblings, William Hoffacker (late Pheobe), Rodney Hoffacker, Betty Biava (Jack) and Shirley Nelson (Dale); his daughters, Winneta (Ted) of Morris, PA and Christy Lohnes (Kevin) of Enola, PA.; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, David, Lily, Jacob, Hannah, William, Evalyn and Tatum.
