He was predeceased by: his wife Judith A. Walter (Klunk); his parents, Edwin Walter and Mary Walter (Millhimes); his sons, Jason Walter and Chad Walter; and his sister Debra Hoffman.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Walter (Julia) and Jesse Walter; and his siblings, Patrice Schaff, Tomas Walter, Edwin Walter and William Walter. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
