He was predeceased by : his parents, William R. Lisek, Sr. and Evelyn M. Burmeister Lisek; and his sister Susan Lisek. He is survived by : his wife Shirley A. Thomas Lisek; and his sister Eileen Smith (George). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
