He was predeceased by : his parents, Lynn A. Ickes Sr. and Diana J. Ickes-Corle (Hepner); and his grandparents, Jospeh, Shirley Hepner, Anson and Betty Ickes.

He is survived by : his wife Rachel Ickes (Phillips); his daughters, Alana, Kezia, Josie and Aubree Ickes; and his siblings, Joni K. Mowry of Pottsville, Nicole D. Williams (Darren) of Statesville, NC, Bradley A. Ickes (Valerie) of Osterburg and Corey S. Ickes (Lindsey) of Schellsburg.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to his family/girls to Trinity Bible Holiness Church, 347 Wayne Blvd., Alum Bank, PA 15521.
