He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Overly and Ethel Irene Roland Overly. He is survived by: his children, Chris V. Overly (Donna) of Quarryville, Amanda G. Sheets (Eric) of Peach Bottom and David R. Overly of Quarryville; and his brother Brian Overly of Virginia. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
