She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary L. Heath (Thwaitz) and Thomas A. Heath; her husband William R. Williams; and her sister Mary L. Williams. She is survived by: her daughters, Norma L. Bauer (late Joseph L. Bauer) and Donna L. Bauer (Carol L. Carr). She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
