He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Bolen and Audrey Bolen; and his siblings, Joyce Marie Bolen and Lawrence G. Bolen. He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin Bolen (Karen) and Jeffrey Bolen (Francine); his sister-in-law Joyce Lewis Bolen; his aunt Dolores Porterfield; his siblings' children, Dawn, Megan Bolen, Kevin and Sean Bolen; and his goddaughter Megan McShane. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews, many cousins.
