He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor R. Mowery and Mary C. Brenize Mowery. He is survived by: his wife Vonnie H. Mowery of Newburg; his children, Duane E. Mowery (Mary) of Newburg, Wendy L. Bullock (Scott) of Shippensburg and Scott V. Mowery (Alisha) of Newburg; his grandchildren, Meghan L. Bullock (Michael Kendrick), Kellen E. Bullock (Carrie), Lee R. Mowery (Angela), Chrysoula M. Post (Jeremy), Hanna L. Mowery (Lucas Hocker), Evan V. Mowery and Zane S. Mowery; and his sister Janet C. Mowery (Galen) of Zullinger, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mowersville Brethren in Christ Church (14924 W Creek Rd, Newburg, PA 17240).
