He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Heberlig and Ruth Shuman Heberlig; his wife Mildred Heberlig (Morrow); his sons, Mark and Martin; and his siblings, William G. Heberlig and V. Helen Kent.
He is survived by: his children, Mary S. Burkholder (Donald L.) of Chambersburg, Rev. Wayne F. Heberlig (Christine M.) of Manchester and Rodney E. Heberlig (Janet L.) of Shippensburg; and his sister Joanna Rupert (Gary) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; three sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Frank would have preferred that memorial contributions be made to Otterbein United Methodist Church Building Fund, 15634 Paxton Run Road, Newburg, PA 17240, or to Joy El Ministries, 3741 Joy El Drive, Greencastle, PA 17225.
