She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Ketter Sr. and Mary Padula Ketter; her husband Marion Carl "Skip" Downer; her daughter Lisa Downer Mirabella; and her brother Joe Ketter.
She is survived by : her sons, Carl Downer (Rachel) of Pittsburgh and Scott Downer of Cannonsburg; her siblings, John Ketter, William Ketter, Al Ketter, Diane Whelan and Gert Marlowe; and her grandchildren, Jason Mirabella (Karrie), Jared Mirabella, Scott Downer, Jr., Jessica Downer, Maria Downer, Lukas Downer and Ella Downer.
