She was predeceased by: her husband Martin. She is survived by: her children, Claire Toner, Martin III, Katie Polhamus (Ryan), Maura, Brigid, Emma, Nathan, Braeden and Declan; and her sisters, Janet Sullivan and Eileen Straub. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to Susan G. Komen Foundation, 13770 Noel Rd., Suite 801889, Dallas, TX 75380 in her memory would be appreciated.
