He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cichalski and Anna Barron Cichalski. He is survived by: his wife Patrice Gallagher Cichalski; his children, Joseph (Lindsay), Erin (Scott), James and Jeffrey (Yanshuang); and his grandchildren, Claire, Lauren, Emma, Cecilia, Ava, Maxwell and Bennett.
