Barlow of Newtown, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hibbert and Beatrice Hibbert; and her husband Donald Barlow. She is survived by: her children, James (Cathy Barlow), Alma Thorpe, Stephen (Laura) and Carol (Eric Vanderbergh); her grandchildren, Christopher, Sara, John, Michael, Jessica, Matthew, Justin, Olivia and Ian; her former spouse Pen Pal (Donald); and her cousin Howard Reeves.
