He is survived by: his parents, Dale and Patricia Carmody of Longboat Key, FL; his siblings, Robert (Susan) of Mullica Hill, NJ, Rebecca of Tampa, FL and Newtown; his siblings' children, Alexandra, Nikolas and Wesley; his uncles, Roy (Judi McCloskey), Dave (Janet Shucard), Peter (Nancy Roselli) and Matthew (Susan Rue); and his aunt Joan Shattin of Greenfield Twp.
