He was predeceased by : his father William D. Kelly; and his brother Jeffrey Kelly. He is survived by : his mother Mary Anne Latorraca Kelly; his wife Aileen Walsh Kelly; his children, Alexander M. Kelly (Kai Progulske) of Philadelphia, PA and Meredith R. Fordham (William Fordham) of Mantua, NJ.; his grandchildren, Rose and Liam Fordham; and his siblings, Bonnie Oestreich (Bruce), Susan Kelly and Russell Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, contributions in his memory may be made to Habitat For Humanity or a cancer research organization of your choice.
