He was predeceased by: his father John Gessner. He is survived by: his mother Adele Gessner; his wife Hannah Pickering Gessner; his children, Jupiter, Abigail Grace, Alana Clare, Christopher (Kristen) and Justin (Michelle); his siblings, John Jr., Thomas, Gary Gessner and Carol Frey; his grandchildren, Kayden, Justin, Lee, Aysen and Alyxis; and his parents-in-law, Nancy and George Pickering. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
