She was predeceased by: her spouse Edwin; her parents, John N. and Marie Mathewson; and her siblings, Bernard, John, Mildred Biblis and Marie Jean Zipay.
She is survived by: her children, Kathe Jacobs (Donald), Maryann Smialkowski and Patricia Smialkowski (Ben Kaplan); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Edwards (Timothy), Lt Jake Kaplan and Morgan Kaplan; and her great grandchildren, Michaela Edwards, Alice Edwards and Joanna Edwards.
