He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Stanton; his daughters, Patricia Stanton and Elizabeth L. Emery (Richard); his granddaughter Charlotte Emery; and his brothers, George Stanton and Frank Stanton (Rosemary).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's name to the Simmons Elementary Home & School Association, 411 Babylon Road, Horsham, PA 19044 would be appreciated by his family.
