She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Bersin; her parents, John C. Orth and Anna M. Orth (Schreiner); and her sister Mary Ott. She is survived by: her sister Laura Goldstein; her pet Dieter; her children, John, Timothy and Joanne P. Bersin; and her grandchildren, Theresa and Matthew Bersin.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
