He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy M.; his sister Ruth DeCarlo (Mike); and his brothers-in-law, John J. O'Connell Jr. (late Maureen) and Daniel J. O'Connell (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
